At Hutchins & Associates LLC, our dedicated attorneys collectively hold more than 100 years of experience representing our clients in trust and estate litigation, estate planning and probate, business and corporate law, and general business litigation. From our offices in Denver, Colorado, we focus our practice on helping our diverse range of clients with such needs as business entity formation, nonprofit organization and private foundation administration and organization, wealth transfer planning, administration of estates and trusts, probate litigation, income tax planning, and generation-skipping and gift tax planning.
Since the establishment of our firm in 1974, we have prioritized building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Throughout our firm's history, our focus has been on assisting our clients with their estate planning and probate needs. Our clients entrust us with their estate planning and business needs, including celebrities, executives of Fortune 500 companies, famous authors, judges, sixteen professional athletes, an NBA Coach of the Year, ranchers, farmers and business owners.
Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in multiple states, including Colorado, New York, Nebraska, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Arizona. Two of our attorneys, Steven R. Hutchins and Lawrence Frolik, have been recognized by Super Lawyers. Five members of our firm each have more than 35 years of experience. Lawrence Frolik has authored 16 books and many articles on the subject of elder law, a practice area in which he is a nationally recognized authority.
