Aaron Evans is the managing partner of the Denver law firm of Evans Case, LLP, and has extensive legal experience of more than 27 years. Renowned for his tenacity and sharp problem-solving skills, he is a formidable adversary in the courtroom and at the bargaining table.

Mr. Evans' journey in the legal field began with his education at the State University of New York at Oswego, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and philosophy in 1993. He furthered his education by obtaining his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University in 1996. That same year, he was admitted to the Colorado Bar Association and initially focused on estate planning and uncontested probate matters.

Joining a private firm in 1997, Mr. Evans was part of the original team that founded Benson & Case, LLP, in 1998 and has been with the firm ever since. Following the retirement of his co-founder in 2014, Mr. Evans took on the role of managing partner at Evans Case, LLP, where he has continued to foster an environment that values all employees and perspectives. His interest in probate and elder law was sparked by one of his partners, and he finds it extremely rewarding to help clients navigate through loss and difficult times with grace.

Mr. Evans is actively involved in the Colorado Bar Association’s Trust & Estate, and Elder Law sections. As a past chair of the Statutory Revision Committee, he played a crucial role in enacting new laws and engaging with the legislature, enhancing his understanding of the probate code. He has also chaired the Rules and Forms committee and was a member of the State Probate Audit Task Group. His volunteer work includes working for socially committed organizations. He and his firm also support various local nonprofits, including Dolls for Daughters, Southeast Denver Baseball and Race for the Cure.

Mr. Evans is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. His dedication to his clients and his extensive involvement in professional and community organizations underscore his commitment to excellence in the legal profession.
