Adam M. Tucker

The founder of The Law Office of Adam Tucker, P.C., Adam M. Tucker divides his practice between criminal defense matters and personal injury and wrongful death litigation. From his firm’s office in Denver, Colorado, he furnishes representation to clients throughout the state. Mr. Tucker has been admitted to practice before all Colorado state courts since 2003, and he also became admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado in that year.

In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Tucker provides effective and aggressive advocacy on behalf of people who have been accused by the state or federal government of having committed misdemeanor or felony offenses. The types of cases that he has handled have included charges involving weapons violations, drug possession, domestic violence and other alleged crimes. During his career, Mr. Tucker has been able to obtain positive results whether through charge dismissals or reductions or through acquittals at the end of jury trials. He has also on many occasions negotiated plea bargain agreements with the prosecutor that have ended up being favorable to his clients.

On the civil side of the docket, Mr. Tucker has represented clients who have incurred economic losses as the direct result of the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. His cases in this area of the law have arisen out of motor vehicle crashes, workplace accidents and premises liability, and his clients have received significant compensation through both jury awards and settlements that he has negotiated with defendants and their liability insurance carriers. A 1997 recipient of a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University, Mr. Tucker attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2002.
