Amy L. Miletich provides counseling and litigation services in all phases of employment law. She serves a wide range of private and public employers by providing advice and training on the prevention of claims and providing legal representation in state and federal agencies and courts. She also represents insurance carriers in coverage matters and insureds in general casualty matters. Ms. Miletich is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. She has been selected to Colorado Super Lawyers since 2007 and is included on the Top 50 Women List. Ms. Miletich is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. She is the Chair of the Board of the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence.
