Anna Trobee

Anna Trobee is a member of the firm’s Criminal Defense practice. Anna handles complex and high-stakes litigation for clients facing serious criminal charges. 

Recognized as a Super Lawyers "Rising Star" and Best Layers "Ones to Watch," she is committed to supporting clients through life’s most challenging moments. Anna has also been recognized as a National Trial Lawyers Association Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer for her past work in civil litigation.

Anna’s career began in the public defender’s office, where she helped hundreds of clients facing criminal charges, from driving under the influence to homicide, understand their legal options. 

Before joining Robinson & Henry, Anna maintained a robust private practice, representing a variety of clients in criminal defense and personal injury matters:

• Attempted murder charges - Secured full dismissal of all charges ahead of the preliminary hearing
• Second-time DUI charge - Successfully litigated probable cause and express consent motions, leading to a full dismissal

• Felony menacing-domestic violence trial - Obtained not guilty verdict on all counts

• Secured $4.5 million verdict for personal injury client in high-stakes jury trial

• Criminal mischief, assault, and domestic violence harassment charges - Obtained not guilty verdict on all counts
