Hernández concentrates his practice on immigration law and criminal defense litigation, particularly cases in which both practice areas intersect (a practice area known as "crimmigration"). Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Hernández represents immigrants and their families in the Denver metropolitan area before state courts as well as federal agencies such as the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
