A partner at Gebhardt Emerson Moodie Bonanno, LLC (GEM Family Law), Ashley Emerson represents clients in Colorado in cases of family law. In her attempts to make the transition through these issues as seamless as possible, she handles cases of divorce, child support, child custody, spousal support, protection orders, post-decree, mediation, property division, dependency and neglect, child and family investigations, adoptions, and nontraditional families. While she understands the benefits of arbitration, mediation and collaborative law, she is prepared to litigate when necessary to protect the best interests of her clients.

Ms. Emerson is a member of the Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and its family law section, and the Denver Bar Association.
