Ashley R. Larson

Ms. Larson is a trial attorney and Shareholder with Sutton | Booker | P.C. Ms. Larson handles matters for retailers, recreational facilities, and insurance companies. Her practice focuses on first party bad faith, premises liability, products liability, crisis management, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and appellate work.

Ms. Larson has tried cases in both state and federal court in Colorado.  She has defended and pursued appeals before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  

Ms. Larson is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.  She received her J.D. from the University of Denver.  Ms. Larson is the Co-Chair of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms' Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality Practice Area Committee and a member of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association.
