Ms. Hernández graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American University. She then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Hernández has been committed to advocating on behalf of her clients and their rights. She understands the effects that the lack of immigration status can have on people and their families. For that reason, Ms. Hernández strives to help her clients achieve positive resolutions to their legal issues. In order to best serve her clients, she is admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, as well as the US Supreme Court.
