As a shareholder at Hernandez & Associates, P.C., Christine M. Hernández provides dedicated immigration law legal representation to people in Denver, Colorado, the surrounding area and throughout the country. She focuses her practice on immigration and nationality law, generally handling cases that involve the following: removal defense; appellate work before the BIA, 9th Circuit, 10th Circuit, US Supreme Court; VAWA; U Visa; asylum; adjustment of status; consular processing, and stateside provisional waivers - I-601A.

Ms. Hernández graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American University. She then went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Hernández has been committed to advocating on behalf of her clients and their rights. She understands the effects that the lack of immigration status can have on people and their families.
