Clifford E. Eley

Clifford E. Eley has been a legal advocate for Colorado workers who have been injured on the job or contracted an occupational disease for more than 35 years. To date, he has represented hundreds of workers in Denver and throughout the state. His eponymous law firm that is based in Denver only handles claims and cases that are covered by workers' compensation.

Mr. Eley's commitment to his studies was apparent in his academic success early on. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Eley graduated from Brigham Young University with honors and attended the university's J. Reuben Clark Law School. He was a member of the Brigham Young University Law Review prior to being awarded his Juris Doctor in 1983. Mr. Eley has been admitted to practice before all Colorado state courts since that year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.

Mr. Eley's successful track record and his involvement in professional organizations reflect his extensive knowledge in the complicated area of workers' compensation law. As a result of his dedication to protecting workers' rights and getting his clients the compensation they need and deserve, Mr. Eley has received notable honors, including being named in 2018 as a Top Lawyer by Denver's Mile High Magazine.

Apart from his practice, Mr. Eley is a founding member of the Workers' Compensation Education Association, Colorado's largest and foremost group of claimants' attorneys. He is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association and a past chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of that organization as well.
