Daniel P. Murphy

Dan Murphy practices in the areas of construction law and complex civil litigation. He has represented design professionals, general contractors, and trade subcontractors in a wide variety of cases throughout Colorado and Wyoming. During the course of his career, Mr. Murphy has tried more than 150 jury trials and 50 bench trials. In addition to his trial work, Mr. Murphy has also argued before the Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals. He is a frequent lecturer on the topic of Colorado construction law and has been a contributing author to several publications discussing Colorado law.
