• Daniel was a part of the MGJ defense team recently involved in a significant Colorado construction defect arbitration decision involving a 250 unit multifamily project.  He, along with MGJ attorneys Keith Jarvis and Toby Morrow, defended the general contractor in that case, which resulted in only lower six figure liability after an initial demand of over $20 million from the Plaintiff.  This is a noteworthy defense decision given the Plaintiff oriented history of Colorado Construction Defect litigation., 2014
