Attorney David A. Klibaner is the founding partner of Klibaner Law Firm PC located in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Klibaner represents people who have been injured by the failure of individuals or governmental or corporate entities to follow our community's safety rules. Personal injury claims handled involve premises liability (including slip and falls), carbon monoxide exposure, construction accidents, defective products, insurance bad faith, motor vehicle accidents, traumatic brain injuries, trucking accidents wrongful death and other catastrophic injuries.
Mr. Klibaner has 40 years of experience serving individuals harmed by the negligent acts of others. Over the course of his career, he has earned a reputation as an aggressive trial lawyer who is dedicated to pursuing justice for his clients. In addition to his practice, Mr. Klibaner is active in his legal community. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and has served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Klibaner founded and co-chairs the Association's Premises Liability Committee. Mr. Klibaner is admitted to practice in Colorado as well as before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit.
Mr. Klibaner graduated with highest honors from Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. During law school he was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. After graduation, he was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Dolores K. Sloviter, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. His additional credentials include graduating from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and the Trial Lawyer’s College, founded by famed trial lawyer Gerry Spence.
