A 1980 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Mr. Seserman attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1986. The Colorado Bar Association admitted him to practice that same year, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado and the North District of Texas, as well as before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th and 10th Circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Committed to his practice, Mr. Seserman is very active with the American Bar Association, and he serves on several of the organization's committees, including chair of the GP Solo Division Ethics & Professional Responsibility Committee and vice chair of the GP Solo Division Litigation Committee. He is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association as well as the Arapahoe County Bar Association.

  • Osband v. United Airlines, Arapahoe County District Court (2000). Represented a group of 99 former airline employees claiming improper discontinuation of flight benefits. At initial trial of 6 representative plaintiffs, based on the jury award, the average value of flight benefits was established to be over $500,000 per plaintiff.
