As an attorney with Ball & Barry Law, David Ball handles legal matters of probate litigation, business litigation and business law. He represents clients throughout the state of Colorado with a focus on client relationships, helping businesses to head off legal missteps before they become a problem. For both individuals and companies, he is known for using his 20 years of experience to find meaningful, practical solutions and is an innovative problem-solver.
For over two decades, Mr. Ball has been practicing law. Admitted to practice in the state of Colorado, he is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
Mr. Ball graduated from the University of Kentucky with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration before moving on to law school. At the University of Virginia School of Law, he then earned his Juris Doctor. After finishing school and serving as a law clerk, he worked for an international law firm, where he gained valuable knowledge and insight into the best ways to help businesses run successfully.
A former member of the William Minor Lile Moot Court Board, Mr. Ball is a current member of the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. For three years he served on the Executive Council of the Young Lawyers Division of the Denver Bar Association and on the Board of Governors for the Colorado Bar Association.
