David Miller is one of Denver's pre-eminent criminal defense attorneys and has extensive experience working on both sides of the criminal justice system. David worked as a Denver district attorney for the first five years of his legal career and has spent the last 33 years as a defense attorney in private practice. He has tried numerous jury trials and has practiced in most of the jurisdictions throughout the state of Colorado.
David has received the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory's highest rating (AV Preeminent*) and is a member of the Hate Crimes Task Force, the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar. He has also been a member of the Federal Criminal Justice Act (CJA) panel. His trials have received local and national attention in both print and broadcast media, including Court TV.
