Desmond Irvine Brazil

After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Brazil attended the University of Denver Institute of Public Policy and earned his Master of Arts degree in public policy. He then enrolled in the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and during his time there, he served at the Civil Rights Clinic and the Tribal Wills program, helping individuals who require deft legal representation. After receiving his Juris Doctor, he became licensed to practice law in Colorado in 2019. 

After graduating from law school, Mr. Brazil went on to serve as a law clerk for the Second Judicial Circuit, giving him ample exposure to the inner workings of the local judiciary he would soon operate in. He later worked as a deputy district attorney for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained immense practical knowledge of how to operate in local courtrooms. The knowledge he gained during this time informs his practice daily, giving his clients an added advantage in their legal matters.
