Mr. Richards earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rollins College in 1998. He later attended South Texas College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2004. Following law school, he was admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, including Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico and Kansas. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th and 10th Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States.
