Elizabeth Hart

Elizabeth Hart, a founding partner of Hailey | Hart PLLC in Denver, Colorado, is a legal luminary focusing on cases of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death and elder abuse/neglect. In the nascent years of her legal career, she honed her skills by representing insurance companies and large corporations in intricate cases involving personal injury, wrongful death and catastrophic loss.

However, a pivotal moment led to a transformative shift in Ms. Hart's professional journey. Choosing to realign her focus, she transitioned from her role as a defense attorney to advocate for justice in federal and state courts on behalf of injured individuals and their families. Leveraging insights gained as a defense attorney, she adeptly applies strategic acumen to represent her clients effectively, marking this redirection as the most gratifying change in her illustrious career.

Ms. Hart obtained her B.S. magna cum laude from the University of Saint Mary. During her collegiate years, she excelled as a student-athlete, serving as a starting guard and demonstrating exemplary leadership as a three-year team captain. Subsequently, in 2011, she secured her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She is duly licensed to practice law in Colorado, Missouri and Wyoming.

While at law school, Ms. Hart garnered notable recognition as an inductee into the prestigious Order of Barristers, consistently earning a place on the dean's list. She also showcased her legal acumen and advocacy skills by participating in regional and national Trial Advocacy competitions.

Ms. Hart actively participates in professional organizations such as the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Women's Bar Association, the Colorado Women's Trial Lawyers Network, The Missouri Bar and the Wyoming State Bar. Ms. Hart is the Vice President of Operations for Golden Women in Business.
