Frank represents individuals regarding their employment law matters at all stages, including at the employment contracting stage, non-compete agreement review, and a variety of workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation concerns. He also represents employees who are confronting wrongful termination and can assist in negotiating a separation agreement and through all stages of the administrative and judicial litigation process. 

Frank also counsels and represents small and mid-size businesses in all phases of litigation, and in helping them implement legal risk mitigation practices and strategies to avoid litigation and promote legal compliance. His experience representing employees and employers provides him a unique balanced perspective when counseling his clients.

Frank is a former federal prosecutor, Deputy District Attorney, EEOC Senior Trial Attorney and has served as in-house counsel to Fortune 500 companies. Given his vast experience in conducting complex internal investigations as an in-house attorney, and his former roles as an in-house employment law and corporate compliance attorney, and supervising ethics & compliance programs, Frank knows where to find the evidence in a corporate environment. Frank is also well versed in all aspects of civil and criminal litigation. He has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and has handled countless depositions, evidentiary and motions hearings, and mediations. Frank has served as an EEOC compliance monitor pursuant to federal court consent decrees in various matters alleging violation of the ADEA and Title VII, including allegations of sexual harassment. Frank was appointed by a federal judge to serve as a Special Master in a large class action lawsuit under the Fair Labor Standards Act litigated in U.S. District Court in Colorado.

Frank graduated with honors from the University of Florida, College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, majoring in accounting and graduating magna cum laude.

Frank is licensed to practice law in Colorado, and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, United States District Court for the District of Nebraska, United States District Court for the District of Western Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.

For his many contributions to his industry, he has been peer-review rated Distinguished* through Martindale-Hubbell and holds a “Good” rating on Avvo. Within his legal community, he is a member of the Colorado Lawyers Committee, where he is a member of the Chairman’s Roundtable and formerly served as President of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association.
