Skip (Gordon) Netzorg, has served as a mediator and as an arbitrator in a wide variety of major cases where demands have ranged up to $2 billion. He has been a member of AAA’s Commercial Arbitrator Panel since 2004 and has frequently acted as faculty for AAA programs. Skip is also a member of Taft's Trial Practice Group. For years, his practice has focused on complex commercial litigation, but he is now transitioning his practice to ADR, where he has a unique approach to mediations. Skip co-chaired the Civil Access Pilot Project for Colorado (CAPP) and sat on a nationwide task force charged with making recommendations for changes to the civil justice system to create better access to our courts. He is on the federal court pro bono mediator panel. Skip is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, both invitation-only, highly selective honorary organizations for trial lawyers. He is a past president of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He has been named Best Lawyer’s Litigation-Securities Lawyer of the Year 2019); Banking Lawyer of the Year (2010, 2013); and has been listed 20+ years in Best Lawyers in America for Arbitration and Mediation, as well numerous other trial categories.
