Haley M. Rank

A Denver, Colorado, personal injury attorney, Ms. Haley M. Rank, serves clients from the law firm of Tomazin Law Group LLP. Her workload has encompassed auto accidents, slip-and-falls, premises liability and other personal injury cases.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in sociology from Central Michigan University in 2008, Ms. Rank received her Juris Doctor from WMU Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 2011. During her time in both universities, she was placed on the dean’s list and was awarded magna cum laude upon graduation. She was part of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review and Moot Court Board. 

At the beginning of her legal career, Ms. Rank served as a student attorney at the Las Cruces Public Defender’s Office and the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office. Before joining her current law firm, she worked at several other well-known Colorado law firms where she handled a wide range of issues, including those related to criminal defense, civil litigation and immigration appeals.

Admitted to practice in Colorado since 2012, Ms. Rank is a member of the Colorado Bar Association. She holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the Women Trial Lawyers Network. She is a former board member and co-chair of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association’s New Lawyers Division.

Ms. Rank takes pride in serving the people in her community. She was a fundraising volunteer for the American Cancer Society and Make-A-Wish America. She was a part of Project Angel Heart, a program that provides free meals for those in need. She is a member, dancer and fundraising chair at Halau Kalama.
