Halleh T. Omidi

As a Shareholder at Hogan Omidi, PC, Halleh T. Omidi is dedicated to representing clients across Colorado, including those in Boulder, Denver and Westminster. She focuses her practice on handling family law cases that involve matters such as child custody, divorce and paternity.

In 2008, Ms. Omidi graduated summa cum laude with a degree in political science and government from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she made the dean's list. She went on to earn a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School in 2011. During her time as a law student, Ms. Omidi served as a guardian ad litem, representing children in court cases involving neglect and dependency.

Ms. Omidi has been passionate about working with families for years. She knows how events such as divorce or a child custody battle can affect both adults and children. During these sensitive periods, Ms. Omidi works on building a relationship of trust with her clients. She listens to their concerns and prioritizes their goals when developing a legal strategy.
