While at law school, Ms. Tripp played key roles as vice president of the Criminal Law Society, contributed to the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, edited for the Penn State Law Review and gained hands-on experience as a student extern for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Upon relocating to Colorado, Ms. Trip expanded her practice to offer guidance on the collateral impacts of criminal convictions, using her distinctive approach to connect deeply with her clients and their cases. She employs her adeptness in mitigation to assist clients in seeking clemency, navigating the parole process, obtaining referrals for special needs parole and resolving issues related to warrants and extradition.
