Herbert E. Tucker

Herbert E. Tucker serves as an attorney at Evans Case, LLP, in Denver, Colorado, bringing 37 years of legal experience to the firm. He focuses his practice on estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration, tax controversy, and mediation. He also provides guidance in elder law and serves as an expert witness. Earning his bachelor's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1979, Mr. Tucker went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Mississippi Christian University School of Law in 1985. Licensed in Colorado since 1987, he is additionally admitted to practice before all Colorado state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado and the U.S. Supreme Court.

He leads statutory drafting, coordinates with legal sections, navigates CBA approvals, testifies before legislators and educates lawyers on evidentiary reforms.
