Mr. Castle began his career as a public defender, a role in which he was an office head and took on a capital punishment case. He gained invaluable litigation experience there before moving into private practice. Today, he has the knowledge and skills to pursue a client’s best interests in state and federal courts as well as in settlement negotiations. He has been named as a learned counsel by the United States Courts to handle federal capital cases around the country in which capacity he has handled capital cases in Hawaii, Idaho, New Mexico, Colorado and Indiana. 

Among his clientele, Mr. Castle has advocated for individuals and organizations such as the National Football League. Local and national media outlets have also reached out to him for his insight into current events.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1981 from Bucknell University, Mr. Castle earned a Juris Doctor in 1984 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
