He has also delivered presentations on matters related to his practice area at continuing legal education seminars and institutes. A fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation, Mr. Garts actively participates in numerous other professional organizations. A former chairperson of the Modest Means Task Force of the Colorado Bar Association, he has also been a member of the Rhone Brackett Inn of Court and the 1st Judicial District Bar Association.
