Details

Jennifer is the Owner and Managing Partner of Queener Law's Colorado office. She and her team focus on premises liability, commercial trucking, bicycle and motorcycle collisions, and auto collisions. Jennifer also serves her colleagues as an Attorney Consultant for written discovery, discovery disputes, and Rule 30(b)(6) depositions, as well as assists them in deposition and trial preparation of clients and witnesses.

Jennifer is a trial lawyer, having settled many cases but also gone to jury trials more than most attorneys in her home venue throughout much of her career. She has tried cases in multiple states and over 35 counties. She has appeared in state and federal courts and argued in the Court of Appeals.

In addition to the honor of Super Lawyers' Rising Star, Jennifer has been named Colorado Trial Lawyers Association New Trial Lawyer of the Year and Law Week's Barrister's Best Civil Litigator 2020.

She has served as a Colorado Trial Lawyers Association Board of Directors Member, Executive Committee Member, Co-Chair of the CTLA Women's Trial Lawyer's Network, Co-Chair of the CTLA Blockbuster Seminar Committee,  Co-Chair of Open Forum (WTLN's Monthly Women's Roundtable), and member of two legislative task forces. She was Co-Chair and Co-Founder of Inner Circle MasterMind networking group for female small firm owners. Her pride and joy, though, is her work as the Vice President of The Rescue for PTSD, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues dogs from shelters and trains them to be service dogs for Veterans living with PTSD.
