Jessica Stieber

Jessica Stieber is a partner at the law firm of Coombe Curry Rich & Jarvis. A well-versed trial attorney in Denver, Colorado, she handles a variety of legal matters ranging from personal injury, construction law and professional liability to general commercial and civil litigation cases.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Ms. Stieber majored in political science and history and obtained her Bachelor of Arts with honors in 1998. She then completed her master’s degree in public administration in 2001 at the same university and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver – Sturm College of Law in 2006. During her law school, she won several moot court competitions and served as a member of the Student Bar Association.

Licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Colorado and Wyoming, Ms. Stieber has also appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. She assists clients with risk assessments and prelitigation disputes and has remained dedicated to helping her clients resolve their legal issues efficiently and economically for the past 15-plus years. Before partnering with her current firm, she was a shareholding attorney at another esteemed Denver law firm for over a decade where she gained valuable civil litigation experience.

Over her career, Ms. Stieber has been honored in many ways for her professionalism and accomplishments by several organizations. She was listed among America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators in Colorado and the Top 40 Under 40 Litigation Lawyers by the American Society of Legal Advocates. She is rated “Superb” through Avvo and AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell, the organization’s highest rating. Additionally, she was recognized by Law Week Colorado – Barrister’s Choice for Best Construction Defects Lawyer for Defendants.

Ms. Stieber is an active member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel and the Defense Lawyers Association of Wyoming. She formerly served on the board of directors of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association (CDLA) and the Thompson G. Marsh American Inn of Court.
