Jordan L. Grosgebauer

Jordan L. Grosgebauer is an attorney at Denver Trial Lawyers. Her practice focuses predominantly on medical malpractice, serious personal injury, and complex civil litigation. With over eight years of legal experience, she represents clients in numerous states including Colorado, California, Wyoming, and New Mexico. 

Mrs. Grosgebauer is dedicated to those who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice, focusing primarily on childbirth injuries, obstetrical complications, misdiagnosis, medication errors, and surgical injuries. Additionally, she has taken a special interest in seeking justice for families who have suffered infant loss as a result of mismanaged labor and delivery. She has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in settlements for both medical malpractice and personal injury clients.

As a former Deputy District Attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado, Mrs. Grosgebauer represented thousands of victims and tried over 65 jury trials involving a broad spectrum of offenses ranging from first-degree murder and sexual assault to traffic-related cases. 

Hailing from Colorado's western slope, Mrs. Grosgebauer is a true state native, and dedicated to her community. She graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Psychology from Colorado Mesa University. She obtained her Juris Doctorate at the University of Denver Sturm College of law in 2015. While in law school, she clerked for the United States District Court, and was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association and the National Trial Team. 

Representing victims and helping them navigate the court system has been one of Jordan's most rewarding and impactful accomplishments. In addition to her practice, she has been honored to present at continuing legal education platforms and serves as an adjunct professor at Sturm College of Law.
