Keith A. Gantenbein, Jr., is the owner of Gantenbein Law Firm, a Denver, Colorado law firm practicing Real Estate, Business, Tax, Civil Litigation, Probate, Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and Elder Law.

Keith Gantenbein is a nationally-recognized attorney, published author and frequent speaker, who focuses on Real Estate Law, including HOA Law and Foreclosure Defense. Mr. Gantenbein is a licensed attorney in Colorado, Michigan, Wyoming, United States District, 10th Circuit and Colorado Court of Appeals. Mr. Gantenbein is also a licensed Colorado real estate broker.

Mr. Gantenbein also worked extensively with the Supreme Court Rule-Making Committee to update and revise the C.R.C.P. Rule 120 in Colorado. The rule went into effect March 1, 2018. Mr. Gantenbein was published by Thompson West, Civil Litigation, Colorado Civil Procedure, Forms & Commentary, regarding Rule 120, Rule 105 and Rule 105.1 in 2019. Mr. Gantenbein was also instrumental in drafting legislation for House Bills 14-1130 and 14-1295, sponsored by Representative Beth McCann and Senator Jesse Ulibarri, which were signed into law and went in effect January 1, 2015.

Mr. Gantenbein continues to advocate for judicial reform and meet with legislators regarding fair laws and fair judicial processes for Colorado homeowners regarding real estate and foreclosure issues. Mr. Gantenbein frequently meets with city officials and gives advice regarding the foreclosure overbid proceeds process in Colorado- in which overbid proceeds go to the person who lost their home in foreclosure- and why it should be illegal to allow 3rd-party persons not a party to that foreclosure to collect a percentage of these overbid process. That issue was brought to the attention of state legislators, who created House Bill 16-1090. HB-16-1090 was signed into law by Governor Hickenlooper on 4/15/2016.

Mr. Gantenbein enjoys teaching both national and Colorado legal seminars and Continuing Legal Education classes. Mr. Gantenbein is very active with his pro-bono legal work for real estate, foreclosure and affordable housing issues.
