Ken Fiedler

With over 25 years of experience, Ken Fiedler from Fiedler Trial Lawyers, has been a tour de force for his clients, helping them take charge of their lives after having them derailed by injuries due to the reckless and negligent actions of a third party. Well-versed in handling numerous complex cases such as medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and more, he is committed to fighting for his clients throughout the duration of their case, never faltering in his reputed advocacy. 

After completing his undergraduate studies with magna cum laude honors at the University of St. Francis, Mr. Fiedler went on to attend the DePaul University College of Law. During his time at law school, he bolstered his strong legal acumen and foundations, which are evident in the legal counsel he provides for his clients today. After receiving his Juris Doctor and license to practice law in Illinois in 1997, he became licensed to practice law in Colorado. 

Mr. Fiedler is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, as well as the Colorado Supreme Court and the Illinois Supreme Court. Starting his legal career as a prosecutor for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, he is keenly aware of the intricacies of how the judicial system operates and uses this knowledge on behalf of his clients. 

Within his legal community, Mr. Fiedler holds close affiliations with many prominent legal organizations, including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Colorado Bar Association and the Arapahoe County Bar Association. He has also given his time to organizations that help individuals who need it the most, such as the Families Forward Resource Center, where he serves on the board of directors.
