Ken Fellman specializes in communications, local government and utilities law.  He works with governments, non-profit entities and property owners in cable and utility matters, broadband deployment, and wireless facilities siting and leasing, public safety communications, and represents clients in court and before the Public Utilities Commission and Federal Communications Commission. He is a Past President of the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors and serves as a local government legal counsel representative to the FCC's Intergovernmental Advisory Committee.  In his general local government practice he has served as a city, town and county attorney.  Ken also serves as a board president of the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities. He is a former City Council member (1993-1999) and Mayor (1999-2007) of Arvada, Colorado. During Arvada's centennial celebration, Ken was recognized as one of the 100 most influential citizens in the city's history.
