Kevin M. McGreevy

Kevin McGreevy has extensive trial and litigation experience in federal and state courts. He was lead counsel in over 50 jury trials. Mr. McGreevy represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of matters, including white collar criminal investigations and defense, general criminal defense, regulatory matters before state and federal agencies, civil litigation and appeals.

Mr. McGreevy is the lawyer other lawyers turn to for help. He has represented some of Denver’s largest law firms on investigations into alleged misconduct, as well as individual lawyers accused of criminal or unethical conduct. Mr. McGreevy was appointed by OARC as special prosecutor to investigate and litigate a disciplinary matter when it had a conflict of interest. A significant component of Mr. McGreevy’s practice is white collar investigations and defense. Companies hire Mr. McGreevy to advise on issues of criminal liability, respond to grand jury subpoenas in State and Federal courts, and conduct internal investigations. Mr. McGreevy also represents individuals accused of white-collar criminal conduct, including cases of insider trading, securities fraud, theft, public corruption, health care fraud, bid rigging, insurance fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud and antitrust violations.
