Kiron Rashmi Kothari

Kiron Kothari is a senior associate attorney in the firm’s Employment Law and Civil Litigation practice. He represents employers and employees across various industries engaged in challenging legal disputes. 

In Kiron’s experience, employment law affects everyone. Since so much of our lives are spent working, Kiron is committed to ensuring his clients' workplace environments are fair and safe. 

Kiron’s career began at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where he investigated possible federal law violations involving Spanish-speaking claimants. 

Before joining Robinson & Henry, Kiron ran a successful private practice where he honed his skills representing a diverse range of clients in employment law matters
