Kristi Erickson

As the co-founder and partner of The Reputation Law Group in Denver, Colorado, Kristi Erickson serves clients in matters of family law. With nearly a decade of experience in the legal sphere, she stays committed to helping clients navigate what might be the most challenging times in their lives. She provides strong advocacy to clients across Colorado in matters involving divorce, custody, high-asset divorce, property division, child welfare cases and domestic violence cases.

Ms. Erickson completed her undergraduate studies in professional writing at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She also pursued a paralegal certification course along with her undergraduate studies, paving the way for her career in law. Before earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016, she completed her master’s degree in conflict resolution. This extensive educational foundation gives her deeper insight into the legal profession and also imbues in her a passion for advocacy.

Starting her career off as an assistant county attorney, Ms. Erickson represented the Department of Human Services in child welfare cases. She worked on cases involving child abuse and neglect, helping children out of unhappy childhoods. As a civil prosecutor, she also argued in front of the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court, where she secured precedent-setting cases. Her approach to each case is clear and precise, and she provides her clients with constant support.

As a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Ms. Erickson is involved with both the Juvenile Law and Family Law sections. Her strategies and persuasive advocacy, along with her unwavering dedication, ensure she gives her clients enough time and resources to understand the legal approach she uses. Whether through trial or effective negotiation, she always strives to achieve her client’s goals.
