Mr. Zaner is known for his tireless efforts in holding large corporations accountable for the harm they inflict on consumers and employees, as well as circumventing their attempts to avoid responsibility, and has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. He recently secured the largest premises liability verdict in the history of Colorado – 16 million was awarded by a Boulder jury after his client was diagnosed with CRPS, which was caused by an electrical explosion.

Graduating cum laude from the University of Florida, Mr. Zaner received a Bachelor of Arts in Roman history. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and receiving the American Law Institute and the American Bar Association’s Best Graduate Award. Today, he is admitted to practice law in Florida and Colorado, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
