Kyle McFarlane

Currently, Kyle is an adjunct professor for the National Trial Team at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and she coached the winning team of the Hoffman Tournament there. She also coached the National Trial Team at the fall Buffalo-Niagara Trial Advocacy Tournament, where one of the students was named as the Best Advocate.

While she maintains an Avvo rating of 9.7 “Superb,” Kyle has also been named to the Colorado Rising Stars^® list every year since 2017.  Rising Stars recognizes the state’s top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming attorneys.

In 2018 Kyle was one of only seven Colorado attorneys named an Up & Coming Lawyer by Law Week Colorado. This honor is reserved for lawyers who have been practicing five years or less and who have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills, achieved significant professional success, and are deeply involved in giving back to the community.

Kyle was also named a 2019 Top 25 Young Professional by ColoradoBiz magazine. The publication’s annual GenXYZ award recognizes the highest achieving business leaders in the state who are under 40 years of age. In 2021 Kyle was named Barrister’s Best “People’s Choice” for Best Family Law Lawyer by Law Week Colorado. Kyle came out tops in the Family Law category in a survey where the staff and readers of Colorado’s top legal publication chose winners in around 50 different categories celebrating the best of the legal world in Colorado.

At BAM, Kyle focuses on high conflict dissolution, allocation of parental rights, and post-decree matters. Though her skills in the courtroom are unquestionable and Kyle is undoubtedly a seasoned trial attorney, Kyle is equally adept at avoiding trials by facilitating agreements between parties.
