Lorraine Parker

Lorraine Parker represents plaintiffs in personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Lorraine practiced for eight years as an Assistant District Attorney, trying over 100 jury trials in cases ranging from felonies to financial frauds. Since switching to civil litigation, Lorraine has represented a wide range of clients at trial, settlement and Candor Act conferences. Lorraine is a Past President of the Colorado Women's Bar Association and serves on the Board of the Colorado Trial Lawyer's Association, which awarded her Case of the Year in 2004 and the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020. She is a fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the American College of Trial Lawyers, and the International Association of Trial Lawyers.  Lorraine has been selected to the Colorado Super Lawyers list every year since 2006, including as a Top Ten Super Lawyer each year since 2017.   She was named Lawyer of the Year for Medical Malpractice - Plaintiffs by The Best Lawyers in America© in 2018, 2021, 2024 and 2026.  Lorraine volunteers her time fighting for the rights of consumers at the Colorado state legislature each year, and is the editor of the Colorado Courtroom Handbook for Civil Trials.
