Marc P. Harden

Attorney Marc P. Harden is a partner with Zaner Harden Law in Denver, Colorado. Adding to his list of accolades, Mr. Harden also received the New Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association in 2013.

Widely regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Harden has written extensively and conducted numerous lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics pertaining to injury law, premises liability litigation, deposition defense and other subjects. He is also an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.

A 2001 marketing and business administration graduate of Colorado State University, Mr. Harden obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2005, graduating as a member of the Order of St. Ives Honor Society. While in law school, he served as a staff editor for the Denver Law Review, and he received the American Jurisprudence Award for his exceptional academic achievements in constitutional law.
