A large portion of Marshall's practice consists of sex assault litigation, including pre-file investigations, at the trial level, and in post-conviction proceedings (Rule 35a / 35c). Marshall has secured countless victories on behalf of his clients including "no file determinations," acquittals at trial, and the complete dismissal of charges. He routinely presents to other attorneys throughout the state on sexual assault litigation strategies. Â
