Michelle Z. McDonald

A commercial real estate and business transaction attorney and a founding member of MDH Law Group LLC, Michelle Z. McDonald represents clients in Colorado with extensive legal and business experience. During her career, she has worked with clients in matters of hospitality transactions, multi-family transactions, manufactured housing, land use and large-scale development transactions, build-to-suit ground leasing, industrial leasing, office leasing, retail leasing, commercial real estate lending, and regulatory and licensing matters for manufactured housing.

Ms. McDonald is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and is counsel to national and local developers of office, hotel, retail and mixed-use property. She also works in the financial industry and provides representation to regional, national and institutional private equity investors, banks and borrowers in all financial aspects of commercial real estate.

In 1994, she graduated from Marymount College with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Ms. McDonald then attended law school at the Sturm College of Law University of Denver, where she graduated Order of St. Ives with highest honors and her Juris Doctor in 2004. While in law school, she was staff editor of the Transportation Law Journal and general editor of the University of Denver Law Review.

She is admitted to practice in the state of Colorado. With almost three decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, she is prepared to handle any complex or complicated legal matter for her clients. Ms. McDonald is a   member of the Colorado Bar Association and CREW Denver.
