Nadav Aschner

Since 2013, Nadav Aschner has been admitted to practice law in Colorado. He is currently an attorney with The Rodman Law Group, LLC, who focuses his practice on business formation, corporate law, international solutions securities, Colorado cannabis law, criminal defense, regulatory defense, security token offering, distributed ledger technology, estate planning, cryptocurrency and blockchain initial coin offering, intellectual property law, trademarks, copyright and entertainment law.

After obtaining an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, Mr. Aschner attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. During his career, he has helped more than 100 businesses successfully obtain licenses in places such as Boulder, Denver, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Huerfano County, Saguache County, Fort Collins, Durango and Eagle County. His experience also includes contract negotiation, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, restructuring, state and municipal enforcement actions, corporate governance and real estate transactions.

Mr. Aschner has handled aggregate transactions for businesses in the cannabis industry of more than $10 million. After filing for lifestyle brand trademarks, he has obtained them from the federal government and helped individuals and businesses from out of state who wanted to open cannabis businesses in Colorado find equity in the industry.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Aschner handled a change of ownership at the local and state level and a complex restructuring for one of the state's largest cannabis businesses. With extensive experience and knowledge in both business law and the cannabis industry, he is prepared to represent consultants, lenders, landlords, edibles and CBD manufacturers, and cultivation facilities to help them be successful in a new industry.
