Nancy L.   • Won a motion to dismiss a lawsuit accusing a Colorado lawyer of malicious prosecution.  The parties resolved the litigation before any appeal. , 2021
  • Won class certification hearing where the class was not certified.   Won dismissal of remaining claims on summary judgment and obtained costs. , 2021
  • Successfully defended several entities in real estate litigation on motions for summary judgment and determination of law regarding breach of contract and several business tort claims including but not limited to civil theft, conspiracy, misappropriation of business value, and intentional interference with contract.  Was successful in having all claims brought by developer dismissed. , 2020
  • Won a motion to dismiss a lawsuit accusing a Colorado law firm of malicious prosection.  The underlying lawsuit filed by the law firm on behalf of a bank involved a fraudlulent conveyance case. , 2018
