Nicholas J. Vail

Nicholas J. Vail is the founder and managing attorney at the Law Office of Nicholas J. Vail, PLLC, in Denver, Colorado. He tackles a broad spectrum of cases involving business formation and organizations, real estate purchase and sales, commercial transactions, technology and software transactions, and contract law.

A dedicated attorney, Mr. Vail finds fulfillment in aiding individuals and businesses, particularly small enterprises, reflecting his own entrepreneurial spirit. Before establishing his firm, he honed his skills as a briefing attorney at Texas' 11th Court of Appeals and handled complex contract and insurance matters at a national law firm, focusing on energy and commercial property disputes.

Moreover, since July 1, 2023, he holds the esteemed position of At Large Council Member on the Executive Council of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association.

After completing his BBA in finance at Texas A&M University, Mr. Vail graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University School of Law.
