Nicolas Geman is the founder of Geman Criminal Defense. Located in Denver, Colorado, he provides aggressive representation for clients throughout the state. As an undergraduate, Mr. Geman attended New York University, where he majored in political science and received a Bachelor of Arts in 2003. Choosing to remain in New York City for his legal education, he enrolled at the Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and in 2007, he graduated with his Juris Doctor.

As the name of his law firm indicates, Mr. Geman focuses his practice on the representation of people who have been accused by of committing misdemeanor and felony offenses. A significant portion of his caseload involves advocating on behalf of clients who are facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Other types of cases that Mr. Geman has handled have included drug possession and distribution, homicide, assault and battery, fraud and other white collar crimes, theft, burglary, and domestic violence.

Mr. Geman has obtained positive results for his clients both in and out of the courtroom, including charge dismissals, jury and bench acquittals, and favorable plea agreements that he has negotiated with prosecutors. This successful track record has led to a great deal of recognition from his fellow members of the bar.
