Paul T. Maricle

Throughout his legal career, Paul Maricle has advised small and medium-sized corporate clients in many aspects of commercial, corporate and business law including transnational commercial transactions.  He has extensive experience in areas including stock and asset purchase agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, corporate governance, export regulation, commercial arbitration, and HOA law.  Mr. Maricle specializes in representing small to medium-sized companies in Colorado as well as German, Austrian and Swiss companies who are expanding their manufacturing and distribution networks into the U.S.

In July 2015, Mr. Maricle was appointed Honorary Consul for the Federal Republic of Germany. As honorary consul, Mr. Maricle is responsible for helping to encourage networking between the residents of Colorado and Wyoming and Germany, facilitating business opportunities and cultural exchange. In addition, he offers assistance to US and German citizens and companies with legal and consular issues related to Germany.
