Livingston Keithley focuses his practice on complex civil and business litigation, providing representation to businesses and individuals that are located throughout Colorado.  Mr. Keithley is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Colorado, as well as before the Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Held in high regard by his colleagues for his successful track record throughout his career, he has been awarded an AV Preeminent* peer review rating through Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Keithley has also been recognized with a Forty under 40 Award that are given annually by the Denver Business Journal.

Mr. Keithley's practice focuses on representing businesses in litigation and arbitration disputes, including corporate governance, business dissolution disputes, creditors' rights, RICO claims, and real estate disputes.  He works with his clients and the opposing side to find a fair, economic, and reasonable solution.  Mr. Keithley's practice also includes defense of employment disputes, including wage and hour claims, discrimination claims, and non-compete and trade secret enforcement.

Mr. Keithley has lectured and written extensively on topics related to his practice areas. He is a graduate of Georgetown University, where he majored in government and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1998. Mr. Keithley's legal education came at the University of Colorado Law School, and he was the Associate Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review before being awarded his Juris Doctor in 2004.
