Ryan Lake

Ryan Lake, of Lake Law Group, LLC, in Denver, Colorado, concentrates his practice on corporate, sports and entertainment law. His clients include athletes, entertainers and entrepreneurs throughout Colorado.

Mr. Lake has several years of legal experience and a solid educational background that allows him to provide exceptional legal service to his clients. He has experience with collective bargaining agreements, complex company structures, intellectual property and player salary negotiations. His knowledge and experience, combined with a strong network of connections, allow him to help his clients protect their assets and achieve their legal and financial goals.

Over the course of his legal career, Mr. Lake has been involved in numerous high-profile negotiations in the sports and entertainment industries. Some of his specific accomplishments include assisting with the organization of the first Women’s Outdoor Winter Classic and helping develop a safe-sport program for the U.S. Olympic Committee.

Born in the Rocky Mountains region, Mr. Lake received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver. He holds master’s degree in business administration from Cornell University and Queens University and a Master of Laws degree from St. John’s University and Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia in Madrid. He earned his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

Prior to forming Lake Law Group, LLC, Mr. Lake worked with various players’ associations and professional sports leagues, as well as for the U.S. Olympic Committee. In addition to his law practice, he serves as an adjunct professor at St. John’s University School of Law.
