Mr. Kontnik is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District Court of Colorado, and he is an active member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association, the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Bar Association and the Disability Rights Bar Association, among his other professional affiliations.
